  3. All candidate profiles and information shared by Ganraj Job Placement & Payroll Outsourcing Services are confidential and shall be used solely for the employer's internal recruitment purposes.
  4. The employer agrees not to share, distribute, or misuse any candidate's resume or personal information without the candidate's consent.
  5. Ganraj Job Placement & Payroll Outsourcing Services will make reasonable efforts to source suitable candidates; however, it does not guarantee candidate availability, candidate acceptance, or successful hiring.
  6. Ganraj Job Placement & Payroll Outsourcing Services reserves the right to decline or discontinue any recruitment request if false, misleading, incomplete, or unauthorized information is provided.
Recruitment Services Note:-

All recruitment-related discussions, including service charges (if applicable), commercial terms, and replacement policy, will be discussed and mutually finalized over a phone call based on the employer's specific hiring requirements. Services will commence only after the terms are mutually agreed upon.
