Candidate Terms & Conditions

1. Fee Structure

Registration Fee: ₹499 (One-Time, Lifetime & Non-Refundable). The registration is valid for future job opportunities, subject to updated candidate information.
Consultancy Fee: 30% of the Candidate's First Month Gross Salary, payable upon successful placement and non-refundable.
Payment Schedule:
- 15% of the Candidate's First Month Gross Salary shall be payable at the time of receiving the Offer Letter.
- The remaining 15% of the Candidate's First Month Gross Salary shall be payable within 3 days of Joining.

2. Interview & Joining Updates

The candidate must promptly inform the consultancy about interview, selection, Offer Letter and joining status.

3. Direct Joining

If the candidate joins an employer introduced or referred by the consultancy within 6 months, the agreed consultancy fee shall remain payable, irrespective of the source of joining.

4. Payment Commitment

Select ONE option:

Option A – Post-Dated Cheque (PDC)

I agree to provide a PDC towards the agreed consultancy fee, subject to applicable law.

OR

Option B – Payment Undertaking

I undertake to pay the agreed consultancy fee if I join an employer introduced or referred by the consultancy within 6 months.

5. Selection & Employment

The consultancy assists candidates with suitable job opportunities based on their qualifications and experience. Final selection and employment terms are decided by the respective employer.

6. Payment Default & Jurisdiction

Non-payment of the agreed consultancy fee may result in appropriate recovery action as permitted by law. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts at Indore, Madhya Pradesh.

7. Declaration & Acceptance

I confirm that all information and documents provided by me are true and genuine. I have read, understood and voluntarily accepted these Terms & Conditions and the selected Payment Commitment option.

By submitting this form and selecting the acceptance checkbox, I confirm my acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

8. Candidate Information & Documents

The candidate is responsible for providing accurate and genuine information and documents. False or misleading information may result in cancellation of registration.

9. Privacy & Use of Information

The candidate authorizes the consultancy to use and share their information and documents with prospective employers for recruitment, verification and placement purposes, in accordance with applicable law.

10. Registration Cancellation & Refund

The ₹499 Registration Fee is one-time, lifetime and non-refundable. No refund shall be provided if the candidate is not selected, rejects an offer, does not join, or chooses not to proceed with an opportunity.

11. Candidate Responsibility

The candidate must keep their contact and professional details updated and promptly inform the consultancy about any joining with an employer introduced or referred by the consultancy.
